Overall HCA and assistants have been full on while doctors, physiotherapist could have communicate more and better trying to understand and put in patient shoes.
Suggested improvements
More communication as far things get explained not full structure no aftercare plan, physiotherapist need to be kind and compassionate, instead of pushing, being arrogant, not listening much and rude.
